Go Nuts Kids Fitness aims to promote health and fitness to children aged 5-16 through exciting activities, sports skills and fun games which help with their physical, cognitive and social development.

Led by Debbie Lucas, a fully-qualified fitness instructor who specialises in children's fitness, these sessions allow children and teenagers to improve their fitness levels, burn calories, learn new skills and develop existing ones.  This is a great way to get fit, have fun and enjoy being more active!
